Mr Hans Boer (45) is a principal Application Management Consultant at IBM Global Services. His fields of interest are ICT process improvement and Application Portfolio Management.

Mr. Boer represents IBM to the ASL Foundation.

IBM is a strategic participant of the ASL Foundation. Mr. Boer has written various articles, which include subjects as the relationship between ASL and CMM, but also on bridging the gap between Application
Management and IT Management. Mr. Boer contributed in a reviewing role to the publication of the ITIL AM book.
