CMMI intro for Managers

Are you comfortable with your staff's understanding of the new CMM-
Integrated model? Are you planning a CMMI-based improvement program and need a better grasp of the CMMI systems and software engineering issues involved? This introduction introduces participants to the CMM-Integrated Model and its fundamental concepts. The discussion emphasizes understanding of the six capability levels and the categories of process areas (Pas). The workshop is based on version 1.1 of the CMMI - SE/SW. The introduction is helpful in identifying issues that should be addressed in performing process improvement as structured by the CMMI SE/SW model.
