processes, technologies and financial justification--the factors
that are fundamental to success and survival in today's complex
business environment.
Keynote:
IT/Business Alignment--Is it art or is it science?
The
ideal business exists to succeed; it relishes change and thrives
on the
challenge of dealing with a volatile economy. In this organization
information
technology stimulates new business opportunities and organizational
cultures
and, at the same time it makes them possible. IT/Business Alignment
is
considered essential to success in these circumstances, but difficult
to define and even more difficult to prescribe. This keynote session
will explore the art and science of achieving best known practice
in IT/Business Alignment.
