Biography
Frank Grift is working in IT and IT management since 1985. Since 1985 he is
advising CIO's and IT directors in IT strategy, bITa, the application of IT
management frameworks, outsourcing and performance management. He is one of
the key market developers in ITIL in the Netherlands since 1990. Frank is
CEO and founder of Quint Wellington Redwood. Educational background: Frank
holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering, a masters degree in
Business administration, a masters degree in Business Telecomunications and
a bachelors degree in Marketing

Outline
bITa is one of the major themes in IT services success. Most of today's
discussions end up about IT governance. IT management frameworks such as
ISM, ITIL, CMM, etc. contribute to clarify IT governance and support the
bITa organizational issues. The key note shortly summarizes the major
industry standard frameworks and their interrelations. Application of
frameworks in bITa projects is shown based on different case studies.
