ITIL Foundation itSM Essentials Course (Online)

This course will be provided by Quint Academy as part of the workshop programme through an e-learning course in February.The language will be English. The training course leads to the EXIN Foundations certificate in IT Service Management Essentials. Upon completion of the course, it is possible to follow this Examination during the event. (in English, online). During the event participants can be supported through a one-day instructor-led training (blended solution).

Start Tuesday 10 March 2003, 14.00H, Duration 1/2 day. This course will prepare you for the ITIL Foundation Certificate. Max. 50 participants

Examination for ITIL Foundation, Prince2 Foundation, MOF Essentials, DSDM Aware is available during the week in the special certification room. You can also test your knowledge on other frameworks and models.
