Ms. Machteld Meijer-Veldman

Dr Machteld Meijer (51) is a senior consultant at PinkRoccade in The Netherlands. Her fields of interest are ICT process improvement and quality management. She made an important contribution to the Application Services Library (ASL), has assessed and improved a number of ICT organisations and provides courses on the subject.
She has written a number of papers and reports in which the relationship between ASL and other standards like CMM, EFQM/INK-management model and ISO 9001:2000 are described.
