Joep van Nieuwstadt is managing director EXIN

Joep van Nieuwstadt became acquainted with computer science in education in 1977,
after having worked for several years in the field of business economics at the University of Brabant, The Netherlands. As manager of the IT-institute "EIT", a para-academic institution, he has put several IT-standards on the market and finished a study in didactics.
During this period he was, among other things, co-founder and chairman of the Association of Educational Institutes for Computer science, and he published articles about the quality of Computer Science Institutes. In 1994 he started at EXIN, the world wide examination institute for information science, as Head of the department Development of Exams and he became Managing Director at EXIN in 1997.
