The PMGS Team has provided, for a number of years, a wide range of project management courses based on the nine project management knowledge areas covered by the PMBOK® Guide "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge" to leading corporate clients. They have helped hundreds of project managers gain PMP® Certification and have greatly improved their clients' project management capabilities and competitiveness. This course provides the appropriate basis for a better understanding of the project management. It also provides you a thorough description of what is project management and the role of the project manager and the related skills to be developed.
