We
provide these courses on a global, in-company training basis. Our
courses focus on contributing to improvement programmes within your
IT organization, and we tune the materials and deliver accordingly.
This approach provides you with considerable advantages in terms
of lower travel cost and staff downtime, and guarantees a higher
organizational relevance of the course content. Many of our courses
include real-life based simulations that offer the students a 'hands-on'
experience in an interactive learning environment. Simulations are
powerful and a fun way to learn to apply presented ideas and concepts.
With the addition of our new e-learning capabilities our approach
of providing an end-to-end learning solution for your organization
is now enhanced.
Quint
Academy Approach
Although we can deliver a package of standard trainings Quint Academy
believes that a training project has the best results if it is tuned
to the needs of your company. We perform this tuning together with
your company in Co-Creation®.

Training
Portfolio
The training courses in the Quint Academy portfolio are always tailored
to fit the client's specific needs. This customization is the result
of our four-phase approach of Intake, Customize, Train and Evaluate.
Nevertheless, we use a large collection of standard training tools
in order to allow the certification (ISEB and EXIN) of participants.
Our portfolio covers the following subjects:
Service Management:
ITIL, IPW training courses for foundations, practitioners and managers'
certificates. We also offer a Control-IT management simulation for
process-driven work.
Development
Management:
CMM, SPICE, RAD, component-based development, RIP and SPI training
courses. Our CMM courses meet the EXIN certification requirements.
We also provide a CMM Game management simulation to impart the basic
principles of CMM.
Project

project management training courses. We also provide a Prince-2
management simulation.
