Terms and Conditions

What is included in the registration fee
The registration fee includes attendance at conference/tutorial/round-table presentations and additional (evening) sessions taking place on the days for which registration applies. Lunch and refreshments are also included. Water is provided at the lunch tables, and tea/coffee is available in the exhibition area before and after lunch. Additional drinks are available for purchase from the restaurant staff.
Handout materials
Each delegate will receive a conference portfolio containing details of presentations, exhibitors and conference services. Copies of presentation slides will be available in the presentation rooms, and they may be stored in the conference portfolio. A full copy of all presentations and related papers will be posted to all delegates on the website, within 30 days of the close of the conference. Username and password will be required.
VAT
We will invoice 19,6% VAT in addition to the quoted fees.

Refund policy
Cancellations received in writing up to four weeks before the start of the conference will be refunded, minus an administration charge of € 150.00. If you cancel less than four weeks before the start of the conference, or if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still liable for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time before the start of the conference.

Late payment
All registrations have to been paid on the date of the conference.

Program
We reserve the right to alter any part of the published program if this is necessitated by circumstances outside our control. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the program as altered remains comparable with the published format.
