Round Tables

Listen and learn as the chair persons draw on years of research and experience to address the opportunities and obstacles inherent in managing the changes in IT management and the implemented domains. They include both speakers and panellists in a variety of formats -- presentations, panel discussions, debates and group conversations.

All the programmes within these Round Tables are highly interactive and encourage participation through exercises and case studies. These activities allow delegates to practice and to consolidate the concepts that will be discussed during the lectured sessions of the programmes.

The programmes focus on the practical realities of the market, rather than taking an excessively mathematical or academic approach. These sessions focus on the following key industry issues and trends:

- IT Service Management/ITIL
- Project Management
- BITA/Maturity
- Ongoing Competence and Career Development

- Cultural Influences on the Development of the various domains, frameworks and strategies
- ITIL & itSM France
