Panellists: Stephane Derouin, CEO PMGS

Contributors and lectures have been invited

This Round Table puts structured project management in context. Project managers do not managetheir projects in isolation. They do so within a framework of governance, like those being discussed at this conference. This Round Table highlights the sets of relationships between these domains and frameworks. Also the role of Architecture will be touched upon.

Project management is evolving as business strives to get closer to customers, to improve multi-disciplinary teamwork, and to increase the reliability of their investments.

New spending and contracting patterns create a need for a management that is more focused, more adaptable and more accountable.

What are the trends in the areas of programme and project management, methodologies and tools?

What should organizations do to ensure that they are not being left behind?

This round table will invite questions from the audience to ensure that there is a lively level of discussion and a participative exchange of ideas.
