The bITa-Europe Conference 2003 is located in the heart of the French Riviera: Sophia Antipolis. Located between Nice and Antibes, this Science Park encompasses not only companies, but also villages, universities and research centers. In just one generation we have seen the "Latin Quarter in the fields" described by Pierre Laffitte in his article published by Le Monde newspaper in 1960, grow into a Science Park known throughout the world. The venue
The International Advanced Communications Centre, more commonly known as CICA [Centre International de Communication Avancée], is made up of a group of 9 "intelligent" buildings with a total floor area of 14,000 m² in the heart of the Sophia Antipolis technopole, providing a home for companies and schools active in the field of advanced communications and for events and exhibitions dealing with this area of activity.

For the bITa-Europe Conference 2003 CICA offers the necessary training rooms and lecture theatres with audiovisual equipment (for more information on this venue, go to www.cica.fr).
