need to upgrade the operating system in use at the desktop level.
Assess the viability of this then build and deploy the new image

the need to visit the desk.
· Patch Management – Automate the vulnerability
assessment and remediation process across the organisation by
utilising tools evaluate which systems are currently at risk
and then effectively deliver the appropriate patch to them.
